Job Summary
The Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect and Developer is a key member in the Dynamics CRM program, responsible for activities including design, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing and new CRM functional capability build-out. The incumbent’s responsibilities include developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics CRM, conceptual and functional designs, estimating, and implementing functional capabilities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery which demonstrates quality and consistency. He/She must have strong technical and functional Dynamics CRM knowledge and a solid background in agile development practice and business process optimization.
While the incumbent’s primary function will be as a technical Solutions Architect, from time to time, we may also ask him/her to assist with other functions, including requirements gathering, and presentation. This is a full-time salaried position.
Core Duties
- Provide technical feasibility analysis, present best practice architecture design options, design and document solution blueprint, and create technical design document
- Define and document technical and functional requirements
- Configuration, customization and development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application
- Collaborate with IT on system integrations, and with other program team members to test completed solutions
- Design, model and develop user interface to ensure high-degree usability per user requirements
- Resolve technical roadblocks and recommend resolution options
- Report to Program Manager on implementation status, risks, timelines, delays and impacts as required
- Generate user and technical documentation
- Assist in training end users and system administrators
- Address ad-hoc requests as directed by CRM program manager
Qualifications
- 5 + years’ direct experience in architecting, design, implementation, customization, and testing of MS Dynamics CRM systems
- Participation in at least one full lifecycle Dynamics CRM implementation (Analysis – Deployment)
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills,
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and independently
- Ability to establish and/or follow priorities and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- English: Fluent
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred (MB2-712/715/716 or comparable)
- Knowledge of or exposure in the HR industry and/or HRIS systems a plus
