Job Summary
We are looking for the candidate who is seeking for Software Applications Trainer’s role to deliver training to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in support of business objectives. This individual is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house software applications training programs and related courseware.
Core Duties
- Develop/maintain training content roadmap for NextGen HCM Product
- Work on training delivery strategies for NextGen HCM product modules and processes.
- Come up with evaluation and scoring mechanisms to assess impact of training.
- Develop certifications/courses to attain different levels of proficiency in NextGen HCM product training.
- Develop/Maintain new training content for NextGen HCM products and processes and ensure that it is kept up to date with changes in product or process.
- Deliver the training content through various channels/ mediums (Classroom / online / short videos etc…)
- Implement the training content using different tools such as training decks, documents, flow charts, videos with voice-overs, etc.
- Develop self-paced training courses for product and process.
- Deliver training through a classroom environment to new/existing partners/employees.
Education
A bachelor’s degree or an allied field and certification or experience in conducting training in multiple applications are the requirements for the job. Additional qualifications in management or business studies may prove advantageous.
