Position: QA Automation Test Engineer

Job Summary

      As a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing Test Frameworks, detailed test plans and automation test strategy based on product requirements. You will be responsible for participating in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring completeness of the test case coverage, running automation tests and monitoring results.

Core Duties

  • Perform hands-on automation testing
  • Create test plans and identify automation opportunities
  • Build the testing framework to simulate end-to-end scenarios using various platforms and technologies
  • Build and maintain functional automated test suite
  • Constantly evaluate the test automation strategy and approach to identify areas of improvement
  • Build and automate tracking systems for quality metrics and reporting
  • Participate in release planning and product roll out
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze software applications to verify various products conform to stated requirements
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes and tools
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices
  • Candidate should have experience in Automation testing for WEB, Mobile, API should be mentor for automation team.

Automation Tools

  • Automation testing tools (Selenium).
  • Ready-made automation frameworks (Serenity BDD, Cypress).
  • Various mobile automation testing tools.
  • API testing tools (jMeter, REST Assured).
  • Continuous integration tools (Teamcity, Bamboo, Jenkins).

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 8 to 15 years' experience in Automation Test Engineer

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Job Summary

         We are looking for a talented technical writer to help create quality documentation for software applications. The technical writer will consult with business analysts, developers, testers and implementation teams to prepare user guide, implementation guide, and support guide. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an innovative thinker with strong focus on quality and continuous focus on improving existing processes.

Core Duties

  • Writing complex documentation for software
  • Working with software development teams designing and implementing powerful product Tours
  • In-depth knowledge of developing online help and web-based documentation with a strong understanding of HTML
  • Presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference.
  • Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation.
  • Prioritizing and understanding the lifecycle of documentation from pre-release through on-going maintenance.
  • Should have high level understanding of IT concepts including software architecture
  • Excellent, clear, clean, accessible writing; obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, workflows, graphs, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to collaborate with multiple SMEs from different backgrounds
  • Experience in developing technical documents for Software product is must. Experience in SaaS based product is value added

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, journalism, communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience required in an IT development environment.

  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Summary

         HR365 seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support the technical implementation of the product, which is in cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) software application. The HCM Business Analyst will define and recommend new processes and solutions to improve business process workflows, data integrity, compliance alignment and production efficiency.

Core Duties

Analyse business requirements provided by our SMEs, develop design specifications, mock-up, user stories and other system-related information, which should be “developer ready” spec documentation.

Experience working with SMEs and transforming high-level business requirements into detailed design and build specifications.

Experience working in an Agile methodology.

Experience acting as liaison between operations and developers ensuring proper documentation of systems functions and capabilities and facilitating the proper knowledge transfer to the developers.

A good understanding of HR policies and process flows Project management experience preferred Knowledge of HR technologies like experience in Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM etc.. is added advantage

Lead and coordinate with business and technical owners to identify improvement areas, evaluating the potential for automating existing or proposed work functions or processes in alignment with the HCM solution.

Lead training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams.

Resolve issues and assist others with "how to" questions.

Work with change management teams in the creation of training guides or other learning aids to support adoption of the HCM solution.

Ability to accurately estimate the required effort and duration required to complete a given estimate

Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines.

On a daily basis, you will be working with SMEs and other teams to understand the business requirement to resolve critical business problems.

Education

Bachelor's degree with Eight years relevant experience in HCM Business Analyst

  • Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including production change control.
  • Project management skills as needed.
