We are currently looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user interface and user experience for our Payroll and HR product suites, tailored for the U.S. market.

Essential Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the UI/UX for our Payroll and HR product suites in the U.S. market.
• Conduct user research and develop user personas.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Apply user-centered design principles.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback.
• Assist in preparing and delivering training materials and user guides.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with visually engaging promotional materials.

Education & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or related field

Additional Skills

• Strong visual design skills.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll and HR regulations is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with web and mobile design standards
