We are currently seeking a talented HRIS & HCM Systems Specialist to join our team in Rockville, MD. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in adapting and localizing our Payroll and HR product suites for the U.S. market.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and localize Payroll and HR product suites for the U.S. market • Support users and troubleshoot user-reported issues
- Perform system testing and coordinate new-client system implementations
- Develop expert knowledge of our product suites and deliver effective training
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
Additional Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll and HR regulations, tax laws, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software applications
